About this blog
We bought a new house as first time buyers. It had lots of problems, some big some small most of then we had never thought would be issues. I don't intend it to be a narrative. I will just jot down home improvements and issues as they come up. It's primarily a useful document for me but may be useful for other people buying and older house.
